How do I know, the date I would receive my order?
The expected dispatch date of the order is mentioned against each product. Your order would be shipped accordingly. Our endeavour is to get the order delivered to you as fast as possible. If we estimate any delay, we will update you about the same.
The product that I wanted to order is no more available. What do I do?
We do get fresh stock of whatever has been sold out in most cases. There is a "Notify Me" link right next to Out of Stock sign under each product, you can click on that button and you will be notified via email once that item is back in stock. Please note One-of-a-kind items do not come back in stock.
Can I change my email address and the password I use to access the website?
Yes. You may change these details by logging into your account on the website.
Can I change a product in an order that I have already placed?
It would not be possible to change products in order already placed. You need to get your previous order cancelled within 24hrs and place a new order. For further queries you can write us an email at email@example.com
Payment I have been charged twice, for a single order that I placed with you?
Due to technical issue sometimes, there is a possibility of being charged twice for a single transaction. In such case, Please email us with the order tracking number,
the amount and the date of duplicate charge. We shall get back to you with a feasible solution.
Can I pay for an order, after I have received the product?
Currently, we do not have COD as a payment option. We shall keep you posted as and when COD payment is introduced on our website.
How secure is my payment and the card details?
Our Payment gateways adopt stringent security measures to ensure that critically sensitive information, such as your personal information and your credit card details, are well protected. We are using PayUbiz as our payment gateway partner.
Do you ship your products to all countries?
No, we don't ship globally. For international and bulk orders you can mail us your query with details on our email id firstname.lastname@example.org

Yes, you can track your package by your order number once it is shipped from our side.

We use reputed couriers based on the destination of delivery.
Can you ship the product, faster than the dispatch date given online?
We generally try to dispatch products as soon as possible and within the dispatch date given. However expediting products may not be possible, all the time.

You may use Internet Banking to make payment online. We also accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards in India.
Can I place a request to Gift wrap my order?
Yes, you can send gift orders to your friends/family members from Imagica. For an additional charge of Rs. 30, you can choose to gift wrap your order by selecting the option in your shopping bag. You can also include a personalized message in your order along with the gift wrap.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel any order that has not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please send a request to email@example.com. Further process will be then communicated to you.
What is the usual method of exchanging a product?
In case you wish to exchange a product you brought online on Imagica, please send us an E-mail on firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning the reason for the same. The decision to exchange a product will be taken on case to case basis by Imagica.
